Committees

Here is a list of the committees at Lake Latonka.

Building Control

Plans for all construction (house, pier, shed, garage, etc.) must be submitted and approved by the LLPOA Building Committee before construction begins. Please forward plans to LLPOA Email for review and approval.

Safety & Security

The safety & security committee handles the lake safety and security of the residents of Lake Latonka.

Roads & Grounds

The roads & grounds committee handles the Lake Latonka roads and common grounds owned by the association. Responsibilities include patching of the roads, snow plowing and mowing of common areas.

Finance

The finance committee is responsible for budgeting, planning and paying the bills for Lake Latonka. There is an annual audit that is conducted.

Lake

The lake committee handles the lake and lake inspections. Weed control, water inspections and lake security is handled by the lake committee.

Dam

The dam committee handles the dam inspections and deals with the state of Indiana on dam permitting, inspections and guidelines.

Beach & Park

The beach & park committee is responsible for maintaining the beach and park areas in Lake Latonka.

Garden Club

The garden club helps with landscaping and flowers at Lake Latonka common areas. The garden club puts togther the Lake Latonka picnic in the summer.

Welcome

The Welcome committee is the newest committee at Lake Latonka. Its purpose is to help welcome new home owners to the Lake Latonka community.
