Lake Latonka is a private residential lake community located in north central Indiana. Our lake is recreational and just over 100 acres in size. The residents of Lake Latonka enjoy a quiet, relaxed, mid-west atmosphere. Culver, Indiana is 5 miles away and Plymouth, Indiana is a 10 mile drive.

The next LLPOA Board meeting is following the LLPOA Annual Meeting on August 9, 2026. It will be held at 2pm at the Culver VFW Post 6919, 108 E. Washington St., Culver, IN.

Mission Statement
& Purpose

The association is a mutual benefit corporation organized exclusively for the mutual benefit of its members, consisting of the lot and property owners of "Lake Latonka Subdivision", Marshall County, State of Indiana

Its purpose is to promote civic interest and public improvements in the Lake Latonka community, to cooperate with the residents of the subdivision in establishing a healthy and safe environment for all members and to aid in the maintenance of the common areas of the Lake Latonka community.
